We like to keep returns as simple as possible here at the Icariin Shop.
Returns are subject to the following criteria. Please read each condition carefully prior to contacting us to make a return:
• You have 14 days to make a return request starting from the date on which your parcel was tracked as being delivered by the applicable postal/mail company.
• Product(s) being returned must be in brand new, resalable condition, meaning that the product must still be factory sealed with its tamper-evident membrane still intact and all contents present. All returns are fully inspected for their condition upon receipt, and any items returned that are found not to meet the aforementioned criteria are void of any refund.
• You are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging associated with your return. For peace of mind, we advise that you use a tracked and insured shipping method to send your items being returned.
• If you are returning items internationally, i.e., not from within the United States or the United Kingdom, then please make sure to mark the customs declaration form/sticker as 'Returned Goods'. If we (the Icariin Shop) incur any import duty/tax-related fees on a returned parcel, these duty/tax fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
• As we offer the benefit of free shipping/delivery on all orders from our store, returned items eligible for a refund are subject to the deduction of a re-stocking fee to cover both the original shipping costs incurred and non-refundable payment processing costs incurred. The fees for each country and currency are as follows:

– Canada > $22 CAD
– United Kingdom > £10 GBP
– Australia > $25 AUD
– New Zealand > $27 NZD
– Switzerland > CHF 12
